If you already have artwork or inspiration, you may email those files to hello@sewpretty-designs.com after submitting your consultation request.
A $50 consultation fee is required to submit your request and reserve time on the SewPretty design calendar.
Once your request is received, I will contact you to discuss your project in more detail and determine whether SewPretty can accommodate your design, quantity, product, and requested deadline.
If your project is accepted: Your $50 consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward your final order.
If SewPretty is unable to accept your project: If I cannot accommodate your requested timeline, product, or design in a way that meets SewPretty standards, your $50 consultation fee will be refunded.
If your project is accepted and design work has begun: The consultation fee becomes non-refundable. This fee covers the time reserved for your project, consultation, research, sourcing, and/or custom design work completed on your behalf. If you choose not to move forward with your order after work has begun, the $50 consultation fee will not be refunded.
Once your project has been accepted and your consultation is complete, the design and sourcing process will begin. This may include creating custom artwork, preparing your design for production, locating appropriate garments or products, and determining the best production method for your request.
A watermarked digital mockup will be provided for your review and approval before physical production begins.
All concepts, mockups, and custom artwork provided during the consultation and approval process remain the property of SewPretty Designs until the associated order has been finalized and paid in full. Watermarked proofs are provided for review purposes only and may not be reproduced, altered, printed, shared for production, or submitted to another vendor.
After your consultation is complete and project details are finalized, you will receive a private custom order link created specifically for your project.
Your custom order link will allow you to select the approved quantities and sizes and submit payment for your merchandise. Your $50 consultation credit will be applied toward the final order.
PLEASE NOTE: Purchasing a Custom Design Consultation does not constitute the purchase of a physical product. The $50 payment reserves consultation/design time and begins the custom-order process. Physical merchandise is purchased separately through the custom order link provided after your project has been approved.
